Anime Boston 2013 - Bleach Samurai (?)

The man looked of stalwart form and figure, a man who could handle himself in battle. I inquired if he would sell his services as a mercenary...only to receive a haphazard, ambling, and leading answer. Then, out of nowhere, he struck me with the pommel of his sword, and swiped my caps! He left behind some weapons, but stated he'd be taking them back in due time.

This was about the time I was enlisting people to join my private army, a mercenary force of miss-matched rag-tag individuals in my personal fight against "The Enclave," who I described as a fascist paramilitary organization. Needless to say, not everyone was eager to join.

I believe this character is from Bleach. I don't think I got that far, though, in the series.
