Otakon 2013 - Red Teams Doctor

Herr Doctor

In the zone, a doctors services are a most prized commodity..but one that is seldom enjoyed by the STALKERS braving the harsh terrain. You carry your own medkits, bandages, and anti-rads..and hope for the best. What does not kill you in one go may make you stronger, or so you hope. Lest you succumb to alcohol poisoning in staving off the radiation eating your innards, or bleed out without any manner of bandages to patch yourself up. I met him near the 100 Rads Bar, just as I had managed to crawl out of the Garbage. The Dark Valleys talons had been most cruel, as I suffered from grievous burns, sores, and radiation, all from anomalies. He pointed a gun at me, which turned out to be a medical apparatus, and in the passing moments..my wounds came to heal in but seconds. I offered a mere nod for his service; he never charged me a price.

Commentary: Honestly, I'm more of a blue team guy. But Red Team seems strangely more iconic for some reason. Either way, it's always nice to see a Doctor from the teams running around at a con.
