I hired him on as a specialist. For 1200 caps, he'd be infiltrating the military complex known as Raven Rock, and eliminate any and all Enclave personnel deemed a threat. He had this cold air about him, and seemed lethally efficient. Holding a katana with a sword guard of blue, much of his garb was blue and black. He didn't show very much of his face, either way..
